Fuji Photo Film Ltd. has been a major force in both amateur and professional film and digital photography. The company was created in 1934 and began to specialise in lens making, films for motion pictures and X-ray films. In the latter half of the 20th century, Fuji Photo became a dominant player in photography with its range of color and black and white films, high quality Fujinon lenses and Fujifilm cameras and photographic equipment.
